I've always been enamored with storytelling (my first piece of creative writing was published when I was only 9!). After graduating from NYU with a journalism and English degree, I could not wait to hit the ground running as a digital editorial assistant at Condé Nast (seriously, you've never seen someone in their early twenties so excited to leave college to work full time!). While I grew in that first role, I discovered an even deeper passion for integrated production and 360 campaign management after working with our digital director on a site redesign, newsletter acquisition campaigns, a livestreamed event, branded content packages and more. Since then, I’ve spent years becoming an expert in every step of the creative production and digital development process. I am constantly looking for new ways to learn and make it a goal to regularly challenge myself to do something that’s a bit uncomfortable.
I like to say I am a creative generalist because I’m fueled by wearing many hats and having my hands in all aspects of the creative marketing lifecycle, which is what led me to integrated production and brand management at some of the world’s largest brands (Victoria’s Secret, Reformation, Honda). The through-line of my entire career has been cross-functional partnership to generate the best creative products and growth within digital platforms. I enjoy digging into and problem solving in a technical landscape just as much as I enjoy brainstorming a super-big creative idea for a campaign. I think that’s what makes me a great marketer; I can dive into anything to generate creative solutions and strategies. In 2017, I sought a product management certification because I loved the idea of being a “mini CEO” and using my strategic mind to be a true advocate for any product I was passionate about. This lead me to my current advertising agency, RPA, where I am now the Executive Digital Producer running a team of ten to manage, create content for, enhance and scale Honda’s digital products.
I love to lead my team with empathy and compassion – mentorship and building a team has truly been my favorite career accomplishments yet. Relationship building is one my biggest strengths. So is my work ethic, thoughtfulness, and tenacity (maintaining focus from age 9 does take an immense amount of drive, after all). I’m a big ideas person with an insatiably curious spirit. I’m also wired to execute and a team’s biggest hype woman. I’m looking for a new opportunity where I can employ all of my creative marketing tactics and integrated production chops for a truly 360 experience, whether it’s bringing an innovative digital experience IRL, growing a brand’s presence, or running an integrated account at a creative agency. I would love to connect to discuss my experience further and explore how my expertise in digital content management, production, and development could help your brand!
