Honda Autos Website, Emails & Dealer Website (2019-present) 

  • Lead & manage a  team of 10 producers & content authors producing  all content across Honda’s OEM site ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Own process for all web content production on Honda’s website 

  • Manage the content management system (Sitecore)  and ensure site standards of production are met

  • Integrate digital enhancements from product roadmap  into our web content production workflow 

  • Set global site standards and strategy with fellow cross-functional leads in the agency to ensure elite user experience

  • Scope the yearly SOW for RPA’s web content work for Honda, manage budget

Honda Social Media & Digital Display (2018-2019)

  • Produce digital display, web development, social media content  and digital video projects with budgets up to 1M for Honda

  • Scope all production artist and motion production artist work for financial year 2020

  • Produced Honda’s largest digital and social campaigns including Happy Honda Days and Summer Spectacular Sales Event 2 years in a row. 

  • Work on branded content programs, including a Grinch movie takeover with Universal Studios and Illumuniation

  • Source, bid, and manage digital and video production vendors

  • Engineer process changes agency-wide to foster a more agile work environment, mentor and train junior team members

Reformation / Brand Marketing Manager

FEB  2017 - DEC  2017,  Los Angeles 

  • Drove cross-functional partnership for ecommerce site redesign and replatform for all UX deliverables and communicated business requirements to executive stakeholders

  • Managed development of all marketing content + video production and marketing + social media calendars

  • Produced We Are Reformation video series, bridal videos + brand’s first Facebook Canvas ad unit

  • Directed high-level strategy and 360 degree campaigns to support key business metrics (i.e. new customer acquisition) and increased revenue

  • Spearheaded the brand’s first-ever bridal fashion show within my first month,  which generated a WoW 130% lift in traffic to the Reformation wedding page and more than 40MM impressions

  • Launched successful retail marketing program that increased new customer acquisition by 40% MoM

Victoria’s Secret / Digital Producer

  • Managed day-to-day production and digital development of multi-billion dollar ecommerce business in content management system including: videos, site launches, and remote production team in Bangalore, India

  • Led Victoria Sport site launch on desktop and mobile and drove the production of the Semi-Annual Sale and VS Fashion Show on all digital platforms

  • Managed stakeholder relationships and communication regarding requirements, scope, and delivery

  • QAed all updates in the backend and staging environments, and performed rigorous testing in multiple browsers

  • Worked with engineers to troubleshoot bugs and translate requirements

  • Disseminated information about cycle releases to cross-functional teams and owned site standards

  • Developed and managed KPI-driving marketing and editorial campaigns such as multi-million dollar social media  program BRIDES Live Wedding

  • This  aggressive content strategy increased unique visitors by 250% YoY

  • We were the first editorial team in BRIDES digital history to break 2 million unique visitors

  • Launched Brides channel on Condé Nast’s video streaming platform The Scene and managed video publishing

  • Ran analytics reporting and A/B testing for audience development in Adobe Omniture and Silverpop

  • Produced Bridal Fashion Week by hiring and managing vendors and creating an extensive content plan

Worked with acclaimed photographer Georgie Wileman to help scale her grassroots social media campaign into a documentary short and worldwide advocacy program. Built a team of more than 20 volunteers worldwide to create a documentary short, which premiered at Hot Docs in Canada, along with a longer-term campaign plan currently in progress including OOH activations, emotional storytelling and political advocacy for increased endometriosis research funding.
